The Cut Lawn Care was created by Andrew Orscheln, and his journey in lawn care began at the age of 8 when his Dad taught him how to mow perfect stripes and create perfect edges with a string trimmer. What started as a chore soon turned into a passion. Even as a teenager, he found himself tidying up his parents yard whenever he was bored. At a young age, he felt a constant need to help others, always taking initiative to help people accomplish their tasks, displaying a solid work ethic in most endeavors.  Over time, with these characteristics, he honed in his skills in lawn care and learned how to grow a business, and transform lawns into stunning, lush green landscapes.

Andrew launched his first lawn business in 2010 as a side hustle to support his college education at Texas State University School of Business in San Marcos. It also provided extra income for his friends. Although he dabbled in construction and miscellaneous jobs, he found his true passion and enjoyment working in the outdoors.

In 2019, Andrew had a clear revelation and discovered that lawn care was his true calling true calling. Today, The Cut Lawn Care proudly serves Cedar Park and Leander, Texas, leaving a mark of beauty on every property we have the oppportunity to touch. Alongside his wife and business partner Camilla Vannucci who runs the office. With Andrew running the operations and Camilla running the office, this team can provide the best quality work and customer service in the area.

Camilla and Andrew love taking care of their yard, studying lawn care business secrets, developing business systems and educating themselves on grass so they can help to make your lawn  just as beautiful and inviting as theirs.

In their free time they prioritize spending quality time with family. Whether traveling, boating on Lake Travis or simply enjoying time together, taking their son to little league sports in the Leander youth league. Andrew also loves working in his workshop, repairing and maintaining machines and equipment (along with the home honey-dos of course).
