Lawn Care Packages
Basic Package
Our Basic Package includes Mowing, Edging and Blowing.
** Please note that our mininum price of $55 is for lawns up to 5.000 SF of Turf Area. It DOES NOT include flowerbeds or/and hardscape maintenance.

Oversized lots, corner lots or those with extra difficulty/obstructions will be subject to pricing variations.
Plus Package
Our most popular plan, the Plus Package was created for custumers that need more than just the basic lawn care services.
This plan includes Mowing, Edging and Blowing, PLUS front and backyard Flowerbed and Hardscape maintenance, to control any unwanted grasses or weeds growing in places they shouldn’t. Our team will be extra detailed each visit, making sure to leave your lawn looking tailored and finely tuned.
** Please note that our mininum price of $70 is for lawns up to 5.000 SF of Turf Area. Typical price difference for the plus package upgrade is only $15.

We are happy to introduce you to a program to help
your lawn reaches its full potential. Our business is more than just mowing the lawn and our vision is to keep
your property green, weed-free and beautiful year-round. Youll like the results and the attention to detail we offer, we guarantee it!
This program consists of 7 treatments for the year,
with commercial grade fertilizers and weed control
products to reach the goal for healthier, thicker and
weed-free’er turf (if that was word)… On top of that, since we also mow the lawn, we are present, on site and have eyes on any disease or pest problems that could be affecting your grass health. Dont hire a large company that sends random workers to your house that cant even tell what kind of grass you have. Hire The Cut Lawn Care and trust that your lawn is being actively managed by true turf professionals that have the know-how and understanding of common Central Texas grass problems, and the solutions to fix them as soon as they arise.
We use specially formulated products in low
concentrations that are designated for residential
use and safe for kids and pets. Just be sure to let any spray treatments dry before enjoying your lawn.
- Application 1 (Jan - Feb)
- Early season Pre and Post Emergent Application. Spring and summer weed prevention before spring germination (this app is very important)
- Application 2 (Mar - Apr)
- Nutritional Supplement to get your lawn green for spring.
- Application 3 (Apr - May)
- Post Emergent Weed Treatment - Spot treatment for special weeds that were able to bypass treatment 1.
- Application 4 (Jun - Jul)
- Nutritional Supplement - To keep growing strong and beautiful.
- Application 5 (Jul - Aug)
- Post Emergent - Spot treatment of newer late-summer weeds
- Application 6 (Sep - Oct)
- Fall Pre and Post Emergent. To eradicate any weeds that may be present and to keep cool season weeds at bay
- Application 7 (Nov - Dec)
- PH Level Soil Supplement - Necessary to balance the PH Levels and increase your grass’s ability to absorb nutrients and grow fuller. The thicker your grass the less weeds there will be.
A La Carte Service
We offer these A La Carte services and more that arent listed. Pick which one is better for you or let us know what you have in mind. Please note, we only offer landscaping services for our regular lawn maintence customers. Tree services and Holiday Lighting are the only acceptions.
